Online classes and events
Hatha Yoga Classes are guided by our senior Yoga teachers, Sonia Sumar and Renata Sumar Gaertner (Sivakami and Renata).
We have different classes for different populations. Please check which is more suitable for you. You can also email Dana at yscinfo@gmail.com if you have any questions.
